Hong Kong Visit

My visit to Hong Kong from July 21-22, 2025. It was wonderful to meet old friends, give a brief presentation, and enjoy their gracious hospitality as tour guides.

Our team also found time to visit the Hong Kong Palace Museum. I didn’t know Hong Kong had a Palace Museum until this visit!

Food Recommendations

The Hunan restaurant “Shu Xiang Men Di” near HKU serves excellent food. Their signature dish of mashed chili with preserved eggs is particularly delicious and fragrant - definitely worth trying. Hong Kong is incredibly crowded, and HKU is even more so. I hope everyone appreciates their current office conditions, which are truly much better than those at HKU!
